Push button microswitch, whose basic form is single pole double throw, refers to a switch that uses the push button to push the transmission mechanism to make the moving contact and the static contact press on or off and realize the circuit replacement. At ordinary times, one contact is disconnected and the other contact is connected. When the push button of the switch is pressed, the originally connected contact will be disconnected and the originally disconnected contact will be connected. When the external force disappears, the contact of the switch will return to the original state.
There are also many types of push-button microswitches, which can be roughly divided into ordinary push-button type, mushroom head type, self-locking type, self resetting type, rotary handle type, with indicator light type, with light symbol type and key type.
Push button micro switches have single torsion, double torsion, three torsion and different combination forms. Most of them adopt building block structure, which is composed of button cap, return spring, bridge contact and shell. They are usually made into composite type, with a pair of normally closed contacts and normally open contacts. Some products can also increase the number of contacts through the series connection of multiple elements.
